We’re looking for a Director of Growth to own Exo’s revenue trajectory and market presence. This is a senior, high-agency role working directly alongside the founders and executive team. You won’t be inheriting a complete playbook; you’ll be building and refining one. You’ll set the growth strategy, own the pipeline, and be accountable for results.
This isn’t a role for someone who needs hand holding or waits to be told what to do. It’s for someone who identifies what needs to happen, designs a clear experiment to test it, runs it, and iterates fast.
Own and drive Exo’s sales and revenue goals
Build and manage a qualified pipeline of prospective clients across Exo’s service lines
Lead outbound and inbound sales efforts from first contact through close
Set and continuously refine Exo’s overall growth strategy across sales and marketing
Frame all growth initiatives as structured experiments with clear hypotheses, success metrics, and learnings
Identify new business channels, partnerships, and market opportunities, particularly in the web3, AI, and US government landscape
Build, document, and maintain repeatable sales and marketing processes
Collaborate with engineers to produce and distribute technical content (blogs, threads, short-form) that demonstrates Exo’s depth of expertise
Leverage AI and agentic processes to improve sales and marketing processes
Manage Exo’s brand presence on X, including proactive reply engagement
Identify and pursue high-quality speaking engagements, podcast appearances, and X Spaces with notable figures, while cultivating relationships with key media groups
Evaluate and pursue conference speaking opportunities that expand Exo’s visibility and network with prospective clients

Proven track record in growth, sales, or business development in a technical environment
Familiarity with web3 or AI ecosystems; existing relationships in the space are a strong plus
Experience building and managing content-driven growth strategies
Strong written and verbal communication skills; you can speak the language of both engineers and executives
Comfort operating in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment with a lot of autonomy
Available EST working hours
Existing relationships with web3 media (Blockworks, Unchained, Bankless, etc.)
Experience with Solana, smart contracts, or developer tooling
Background in developer marketing or technical content strategy
