Crypto Research Analyst (Content Lead)

We’re hiring a senior engineer to help build Multyr across protocol smart contracts, DeFi vault infrastructure, APIs/subgraphs, and the operations dashboard used to run the system in production.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is genuinely strong across both Solidity and modern full-stack product engineering. You should be comfortable working across Foundry-based contract systems, DeFi vault mechanics, React/Next.js apps, backend integrations, subgraphs, and production deployment environments such as Vercel.

What you’ll work on

Build and maintain Solidity smart contracts powering vault logic and protocol operations Work on Foundry-based development, testing, scripting, and deployment flows Extend and maintain multi-vault architecture across protocol, APIs, and ops tooling Improve dashboard reliability and observability across onchain RPC, subgraph, and backend data flows Own contract-to-product integrations end to end Improve deployment safety, environment management, and operational readiness in production Help shape architecture across core protocol, indexing, APIs, and operator tooling

You should be comfortable with

Solidity, Foundry, testing, scripting, and deployment workflows DeFi vault mechanics, fee flows, withdrawals, routing, automation, oracle dependencies, and protocol guardrails React, Next.js, TypeScript, server-side rendering, and internal dashboards Vercel deployments, environment variables, build/runtime debugging, and operational troubleshooting GraphQL/subgraphs and backend integrations for protocol telemetry Working across multiple sources of truth: onchain state, indexed data, embedded manifests, and runtime application state

Ideal experience

5+ years of software engineering experience Significant hands-on Web3 / DeFi experience Real production experience with vault systems, not just token/NFT work Experience owning code across smart contracts and frontend/backend application layers Strong product sense for internal tools and operator-facing workflows

What success looks like

You can diagnose and fix issues that cross contracts, subgraphs, API layers, Vercel runtime, and dashboard code You can safely ship improvements to vault infrastructure and operator tooling You can improve protocol reliability, not just add features You take ownership end to end and reduce operational fragility

Experience with The Graph / subgraphs Experience with monitoring, telemetry, and incident response Experience with Chainlink, oracle systems, or keeper/upkeep automation Experience in lean teams or startup environments
