Ensure auditability, traceability, and regulatory compliance within all solutions. Monitor production performance, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement. Act as the primary product liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
A Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree with 5+ years’ work experience in Product Management or Business Analysis Strong background in life insurance and/or annuity operations. Direct exposure to compliance processes such as DOI complaints, regulatory inquiries, subpoenas, or audit workflows. Experience designing or improving structured business workflows. Ability to translate regulatory requirements into system functionality. Experience writing detailed product requirements and working with engineering teams. Strong stakeholder communication skills across business and technical audiences. Experience working with ERP, case management, or workflow platforms. Exposure to policy administration systems within life insurance or annuities. Familiarity with regulatory reporting or compliance tracking systems. Experience integrating systems via APIs or service-based architectures. Understanding of financial system integrations (e.g., PeopleSoft or similar ERP platforms). Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments.
