What you'll do Lead the end-to-end management of the Bitget Crypto Card project.

Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and improve user engagement.

Build partnerships with bank sponsors, card processors, and payment networks, including contract negotiations.

Define the global strategy and value proposition for Bitget Card products.

Design card tiers, features, benefits, and loyalty/reward programs.

Collaborate cross-functionally with business development, tech, risk, compliance, finance, and data teams.

What You’ll Need 3+ years of card industry experience, preferably with multi-market card issuance knowledge.

Understanding of card compliance, risk management, settlement, and reconciliation processes.

Strong market research, analytical skills, and product innovation mindset.

Fluent in English and Chinese Good in communication and strong cross-team coordination skills.

Preferred experience in digital currency/crypto industry or banking services, including card loyalty and benefits program design.
