What you'll do Campaign Reward Treasury Management Manage the full lifecycle of exchange coupons, vouchers, and campaign rewards, including budget allocation, distribution execution, redemption tracking, expiration management, liability monitoring, and daily reconciliation between marketing records and actual wallet outflows.

Reward Review, Compliance & Risk Control Conduct pre-disbursement reviews of user eligibility for trading competitions, deposit bonuses, and referral rewards; verify KYC/AML status, detect potential Sybil attacks or wash trading, validate reward calculations, handle exception cases, and support post-campaign ROI analysis.

Wallet & Liquidity Operations Oversee operational wallet balances and stablecoin liquidity to ensure sufficient funding for daily reward disbursements; support bulk transfers, on-chain distribution execution, gas fee optimization, and automation initiatives for reward settlement processes.

Cross-functional Coordination & Reporting Partner with Marketing, Operations, Compliance, Product, and Finance teams to ensure campaign structures are operationally feasible and compliant with local regulations, while supporting month-end accruals, reporting, audit requirements, and process improvements.

What you'll need Technical Skills Hands-on experience in treasury operations, reward operations, payment operations, or financial operations, preferably within a crypto exchange, fintech, or payments environment Familiarity with campaign budget management, reward disbursement workflows, reconciliation, and liability tracking Ability to execute bulk transfers through internal systems or wallet tools, with knowledge of on-chain settlement and gas fee optimization Understanding of financial controls, segregation of duties, and audit support processes Experience in liquidity monitoring across operational accounts, exchange balances, and wallet infrastructure Exposure to automation projects such as API integration, reconciliation tooling, or workflow optimization is a plus Domain Knowledge Good understanding of crypto exchange promotional mechanics, including coupons, trading incentives, referral programs, and reward campaigns Basic knowledge of AML/CFT red flags, reward abuse patterns, Sybil attacks, and wash trading detection Familiarity with stablecoin operations and treasury management best practices Soft Skills Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy Ability to work effectively under pressure during high-volume campaign periods Strong communication and coordination skills across commercial, operational, compliance, and finance teams Proactive, responsible, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Why Bitget?
