What you'll do Design a new product approval process and communicate with stakeholders about the process Be the compliance contact for new product assessment and ensure relevant risks are properly addressed Conduct due diligence on new token listings, evaluating AML risks (Chainalysis/Elliptic screening) and the issuer/project team's background Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including Product, Legal and external partners etc. to ensure smooth partnership and product launch Monitor regulatory developments, advise on product implications and lead the required changes accordingly Create and maintain registers of token listing assessment and product risk assessment What you'll need Bachelor's degree; professional certification such as CAMS and/or preferred 5-8 years of experience in product compliance, regulatory advisory, or risk management experience within a VASP, crypto exchange, or fintech; exposure to multi-jurisdictional licensing (EU, UAE, APAC) highly valued Solid understanding of crypto-asset regulations and product governance in decentralized environments Familiarity with blockchain analytics tools and technical concepts Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail; ability to interpret ambiguous crypto regulations into clear business requirements Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable engaging with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken) Why Bitget?
