Job responsibilities 1.

AI community building and iteration from 0 to 1: Responsible for the overall planning and functional design of AI community products.

Build and improve the community infrastructure for human-machine coexistence (such as information flow, comment area, private message interaction, topic circle, etc.) to provide users with an immersive social experience. 2.

Drive community size and user growth: Work closely with the operation team to empower the operation from the product mechanism.

By designing referral gameplay, re-engagement mechanism, AI-exclusive interactive activities, etc., improve the new user acquisition efficiency, DAU/MAU and user Retention Rate of the community. 3.

Empower business conversion and monetization: Deeply understand business goals and design a smooth conversion funnel.

Through the intelligent recommendation, accurate reach and guidance of AI agents, and in conjunction with operational strategies, achieve a closed loop from "community activity" to "business increment (such as paid conversion, retention, order conversion, etc.) ". 4.XFN collaboration and AI efficiency improvement: Write high-quality PRD, work closely with algorithm/R & D team, optimize Prompt (prompt word), RAG (search enhancement generation) mechanism and model call logic, improve the generation quality, response speed and security of AI content; provide convenient AI Mid-Platform/back-end management tools for operation team.

Job requirements Experience requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 5 years of experience as an Internet Product Manager.

Candidates with experience in social/community/community/content platform products are preferred; those with experience in successfully starting projects from scratch are preferred; those with experience in Web3 social media, securities firms, and Internet finance community products are preferred. 2.

AI professional knowledge: Have a deep understanding and high enthusiasm for AIGC, large-scale models (LLM), and AI agents.

Familiar with mainstream AI applications and model capabilities on the market, possess certain Prompt Engineering (Prompt Engineering) optimization capabilities, and know how to translate AI technology into user experience. 3.

Business and data orientation: Strong awareness of growth and monetization (understanding Growth).

Extremely sensitive to data, able to skillfully use Data Analysis tools to evaluate community health, AI interaction effect and conversion funnel, and feed back product iteration through data. 4.

User empathy: Understand social psychology, able to accurately grasp users' demands for interaction with "people" and "AI" in the community, and design a human-machine interaction experience that is not stiff and has warmth. 5.

Comprehensive quality: Possess strong XFN communication and project management skills, able to efficiently connect R & D, algorithm and operation teams; embrace change, able to maintain strong learning ability and stress resistance in the context of rapid AI technology iteration. 岗位职责 1.

AI社群从0到1搭建与迭代：负责AI社群产品的整体规划与功能设计。搭建并完善人机共存的社区基础设施（如信息流、评论区、私信互动、话题圈子等），为用户提供沉浸式的社交体验。 2. 驱动社群规模与用户增长：与运营团队紧密配合，从产品机制上赋能运营。通过设计裂变玩法、促活机制、AI专属互动活动等，提升社群的拉新效率、DAU/MAU及用户留存率。 3. 赋能业务转化与商业化：深入理解业务目标，设计顺畅的转化漏斗。通过AI Agent的智能推荐、精准触达和引导，配合运营策略，实现从“社群活跃”到“业务增量（如付费转化、留资、订单转化等）”的闭环。 4. 跨部门协同与AI效能提升：撰写高质量的PRD，与算法/研发团队紧密合作，优化Prompt（提示词）、RAG（检索增强生成）机制及模型调用逻辑，提升AI内容的生成质量、响应速度与安全性；为运营团队提供便捷的AI中台/后台管理工具。 岗位要求 1. 经验要求：本科及以上学历，5年以上互联网产品经理经验。有社交/社区/社群/内容平台产品经验者优先；有从0到1成功起盘项目经验者优先；有Web3社媒、券商、互联网金融社群产品经验者优先。 2.

AI专业认知：对AIGC、大模型（LLM）、AI Agent有深刻理解和极高的热情。熟悉市面上主流的AI应用与模型能力，具备一定的Prompt Engineering（提示词工程）调优能力，清楚如何将AI技术转化为用户体验。 3. 业务与数据导向：具备强烈的增长与商业化意识（懂Growth）。对数据极度敏感，能熟练运用数据分析工具评估社群健康度、AI互动效果及转化漏斗，并通过数据反哺产品迭代。 4. 用户同理心：懂社交心理学，能精准把握用户在社群中与“人”及与“AI”互动的诉求，设计出不生硬、有温度的人机交互体验。 5. 综合素质：具备极强的跨部门沟通能力与项目管理能力，能高效串联研发、算法与运营团队；拥抱变化，能在AI技术快速迭代的背景下保持极强的学习能力和抗压能力。 Why Bitget?
