What you'll do Review monthly financial reporting packages submitted by local entities to ensure compliance with Group accounting policies and  US GAAP/IFRS .

Lead the end-to-end consolidation process for a complex multi-entity structure, including the elimination of intercompany crypto/fiat balances and transactions.

Oversee the bridge between local statutory books and group reporting standards ( IFRS/US GAAP ).

Manage the translation of international subsidiary financials, including the calculation of CTA (Cumulative Translation Adjustment) and FX gain/loss analysis.

Review and aggregate global digital asset holdings across all entity wallets and cold storage, ensuring group-wide valuation accuracy.

Support the filing process by managing the aggregation of historical financial data and preparing consolidated footnotes for authorities review.

What you'll need 10+ years  of progressive experience in financial reporting or audit role.

Proven track record in reviewing and validating financial reports with diverse geographical regions.

Expert-level knowledge of consolidation accounting ( ASC 810 / IFRS 10 ).  Direct experience preparing or reviewing consolidated financial statements for IPO.

Strong technical ability to review books prepared under both  IFRS  and  US GAAP  to ensure group-level consistency.

Proficiency in consolidation systems (e.g.,  OneStream, Oracle FCCS ) and advanced Excel for complex reconciliations.
