What you'll do Develop and execute a comprehensive global tax strategy for a multi-jurisdictional crypto exchange, optimizing for both  FPI status  and  IPO  readiness.

Design and maintain a robust global transfer pricing framework, specifically addressing intra-group crypto transactions, IP licensing, and cost-sharing arrangements.

Establish tax technical positions on complex digital asset issues.

Lead the preparation of the global income tax provision (ASC 740 / IAS 12) and all tax-related disclosures.

Serve as the primary lead for all global tax audits and inquiries, managing relationships with tax authorities and external advisors.

Partner with product and legal teams to assess the tax implications of new market entries and M&A activity, etc.

What you'll need 10+ years of international tax experience, with a significant focus on high-growth technology or financial services sectors.

Expert-level knowledge of tax accounting in a public company context.

Proven experience managing the tax workstreams for  IPO.

Significant tenure within a Big 4 International Tax  practice.

Verifiable experience in complex transfer pricing models for intangible-heavy or digital-native businesses.
