What you'll do Design and lead the implementation of a global ERP and consolidation suite (e.g., NetSuite, OneStream, Workiva) integrated for  IPO  reporting.

Architect automated pipelines between blockchain nodes, proprietary exchange matching engines, and financial sub-ledgers.

Develop and maintain "on-chain to off-chain" reconciliation tools to ensure real-time accuracy of global digital asset inventories and revenue.

Partner with the finance control team to implement IT General Controls (ITGC) across all financial systems and proprietary billing engines.

Manage relationships with third-party software vendors and lead cross-functional projects between Finance, Engineering, and Data Science.

Build custom dashboards and automated reporting modules for the Group Consolidation team to accelerate the "Fast Close" cycle.  What you'll need 10+ years of experience in Finance IT, Financial Systems, or Fintech Engineering, with a focus on high-volume transactional environments.

Proven success leading a full-cycle  ERP implementation  and consolidation tools for a multi-national group.

Deep technical understanding of blockchain data, wallet architecture, API integrations, and the challenges of crypto-to-fiat accounting.

Direct experience building financial systems that meet  PCAOB  requirements for audit trails and data security.

Advanced proficiency in SQL, data warehousing (e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery), and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.

Experience acting as a "translator" between technical engineering teams and accounting/tax stakeholders.
