What you'll do Maintain and reconcile the global accounting policy manual under both  IFRS  and  US GAAP.

Lead the technical conversion of historical IFRS financials into  US GAAP .

Review comprehensive technical memos on accounting treatments.

Lead the adoption of new standards and guidance under FASB and IASB.

Act as the technical lead in responding to authorities'   inquiries regarding accounting interpretations and disclosures.

What you'll need 10+ years  of technical accounting experience with a verifiable track record of managing  IFRS to US GAAP conversions.

Direct experience navigating the  IPO reporting accommodations , including specific disclosure exemptions and requirements.

Expert-level knowledge of  US GAAP  and  IFRS  frameworks, particularly regarding financial instruments and fair value.

Significant tenure within a Big 4 National Office or Technical Accounting Advisory group.

Proven experience as a key technical contributor to registration statements for a high-growth technology or fintech firm.

Advanced understanding of the accounting implications for on-chain transactions, including gas fees, airdrops, etc.
