Job responsibilities Consider and plan the evolution direction of the Design System that adapts to the company's product development, responsible for the continuous iteration, maintenance, and update of DS Responsible for the construction and management of design specifications, component libraries, and design assets, and promote the landing and unification of Design System in products Work closely with product, R & D, and design teams to standardize and reuse components and specifications, and improve design and R & D efficiency Continuously explore new design trends and technical capabilities, leading the team's design direction with an Internationalization perspective and innovative thinking Participate in key project visual and experience design, provide high-quality design solutions and motion graphics solutions Output high-quality motion graphics design and visual expression, enhance product experience and brand texture through motion graphics Promote the improvement of design quality, precipitate design methods and specifications, and enhance the overall design ability of the team Job requirements Have a keen sense of design and high standards, pursue details and completion Deeply use AI tools to improve design efficiency and quality, and be familiar with the application of AI in the design process Good at expressing and communicating, able to clearly articulate design ideas Possess the ability to identify problems and promote problem-solving, not just execution Have a strong sense of responsibility for design quality and continue to polish works Candidates with English communication skills are preferred 岗位职责 思考并规划适应公司产品发展的 Design System 演进方向，负责 DS 的持续迭代、维护与更新 负责设计规范、组件库、设计资产的建设与管理，推动 Design System 在产品中的落地与统一 与产品、研发及设计团队紧密协作，推动组件与规范的标准化与复用，提高设计与研发效率 持续探索新的设计趋势与技术能力，以 国际化视野与创新思维 引领团队设计方向 参与关键项目视觉与体验设计，提供高质量的设计方案与动效方案 输出高质量的 动效设计与视觉表达，通过动效提升产品体验与品牌质感 推动设计质量提升，沉淀设计方法与规范，提升团队整体设计能力 岗位要求 对设计有敏锐的 Sense 和极高的标准，追求细节与完成度 深度使用 AI 工具 提升设计效率与质量，熟悉 AI 在设计流程中的应用 善于表达与沟通，能清晰阐述设计思路 具备 发现问题并推动解决问题 的能力，而不仅仅是执行 对设计质量有强烈责任感，持续打磨作品 具备 英语沟通能力者优先 If you are ambitious and believe that digital assets could be the next financial and technological revolution, please apply!
