What you'll do Develop and execute localized marketing strategies to drive user acquisition, activation, and retention in the East Asia market Manage and expand partnerships with KOLs, crypto communities, and media partners Collaborate with global marketing, product, and BD teams to localize and implement global campaigns Oversee local PR and media relations to maintain brand reputation in the East Asia market Coordinate content creation (social media, blogs, newsletters, advertising materials, etc.) Monitor market competition and industry trends in East Asia, providing actionable insights to management What you'll need More than 2 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in cryptocurrency, fintech, or fast-growing technology industries (Outstanding candidates may be considered with less experience) Fluent in Korean & English or Korean & Chinese Deep understanding of East Asia crypto culture and major community ecosystems (Twitter/X, YouTube, etc.), and familiarity with local KOL networks Proven success in growth marketing, campaign execution, and KOL/community management Data-driven mindset with knowledge of marketing performance metrics Experience independently managing external agencies, media partners, and event vendors Self-motivated and able to work independently in remote and fast-paced environments Why Bitget?
