What you'll do Strategy enablement: Translate stage goals, product USPs, pricing/rebate/fee policies and campaign mechanics into executable sales/channel playbooks (SOPs, scripts, cadence, KPIs, collateral).
Track execution quality and run post‑mortems.
Channel and sales liaison: Partner with IB and BD teams, run regular check‑ins and feedback loops, drive growth on priority channels and capture frontline needs.
Competitive intelligence: Analyze competitors from a channel/commercial perspective (rebates, CPA/Rev‑Share/Hybrid, promos, policies, agent structure) and deliver quantitative/qualitative insights and strategy recommendations.
Policy and data optimization: Use metrics such as conversion, activation, retention, net deposits, active traders, volume and ROI to design and iterate channel policies and incentives (tiered rebates, regional pricing, campaigns, A/B tests).
Training and enablement: Lead campaign kick‑offs, sales trainings and FAQs; produce pitch decks, talk tracks, comparison sheets and IB recruitment materials to ensure consistent execution.
Compliance and risk alignment: Assess policy and campaign compliance; coordinate with Legal/Compliance/Risk to implement approvals and audit trails.
Cross‑functional execution: Work with Product, Ops, Marketing, CS, Payments and Finance to land milestones, close the loop and codify best practices.
What you'll need 3+ years in sales, channel operations or channel strategy with 2+ years of hands‑on strategy rollout/project delivery; FX/CFD, FX brokerage, derivatives or crypto brokerage experience is a plus.
Strong understanding of brokerage channel ecosystem and IB programs; familiar with incentive models (tiered rebates, CPA, Rev‑Share, Hybrid), campaign mechanics and regional channel tactics.
Data‑driven with excellent Excel/Sheets skills; CRM experience (Salesforce/HubSpot).
SQL or Python is a plus.
Proven ability to convert complex strategies into clear SOPs and sales playbooks; excellent communication and writing skills; fluent in English and Chinese.
Solid competitive research and market insight; structured thinking, strong presentation skills; results‑oriented and effective in fast‑paced environments.
Compliance awareness and sound risk judgment; willing to travel as needed.
Nice to have: Built IB programs or channel policies from scratch; strong industry network (top IBs); experience with A/B testing and incentive performance evaluation. 岗位职责: 销售策略传达与落地:将阶段目标、产品卖点、定价/返佣/费用、活动机制拆解为销售/渠道团队可执行的动作与节奏(SOP、脚本、节拍、KPI、物料),跟进执行质量并复盘优化。 渠道/销售团队对接:对接并赋能IB与BD团队,建立例会与反馈机制,推进重点渠道增长与项目落地,收集并沉淀一线需求。 商业竞品研究:从“渠道打法与商业模型”出发,持续跟踪竞品(返佣/CPA/Rev‑Share/Hybrid、活动、政策、代理体系),形成定量/定性分析与策略建议。 政策与数据优化:基于转化、激活、留存、净入金、活跃交易者、交易量、ROI等指标,设计并迭代渠道政策与激励方案(分层返佣、区域定价、活动机制、A/B测试)。 培训与赋能:组织战役启动会、销售培训与FAQ,产出Pitch Deck/话术/对比材料/IB招募材料,提升团队策略理解与执行一致性。 合规与风险协同:评估渠道政策与活动的合规性,与法务/合规/风控协作,完善审批与留痕。 跨部门业务推进:联合产品、运营、市场、客服、支付与财务等推进项目里程碑,闭环复盘并固化最佳实践。 任职要求: 3年以上销售/渠道运营/渠道策略相关经验,含2年以上策略落地与项目推动经验;有FX/CFD、外汇经纪、金融衍生品或加密经纪行业经验优先。 熟悉经纪商渠道生态与IB体系,了解常见激励模型(阶梯返佣、CPA、Rev‑Share、Hybrid)、活动机制与区域渠道策略。 对数据高度敏感,能用Excel/Sheets搭建报表与看板;熟悉CRM(如Salesforce/HubSpot);会SQL或Python者优先。 能将复杂策略转化为清晰的SOP与销售打法,优秀的沟通、协作与写作能力;中英文流利。 具备竞品研究与市场洞察能力、结构化思维与演示能力;结果导向,能在快节奏环境中推进落地。 具备合规意识与风险判断;可根据业务需要进行短期出差。 加分项:有从0到1搭建IB计划或渠道政策经验;具备行业资源或头部IB网络;有A/B测试与激励绩效评估经验。 Why Bitget?
