What you'll do Responsible for the functional planning, design, development, and lifecycle management of Agent products; Conduct market research, analyze competitors, and identify user needs and pain points; Track AI technology development trends and evaluate the feasibility of new technology applications; What you'll need Preference will be given to candidates from top universities majoring in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Fintech, Quantitative Finance, or related fields; Preference will be given to candidates with experience in AI x Crypto cross-products or AI financial/trading products; Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge of the cryptocurrency industry and generative AI fundamentals, and rich experience in web3 investment research, trading, and on-chain exploration; Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively collaborate with multiple departments such as technology, design, and business; Possess innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities, and have curiosity and enthusiasm for learning new technologies. 岗位职责： 负责Agent产品的功能规划、设计、开发和生命周期管理； 进行市场调研，分析竞品，识别用户需求和痛点； 跟踪AI技术发展趋势，评估新技术应用可行性； 任职要求： 顶尖院校计算机科学、人工智能、Fintech、量化金融或相关专业优先； 有AI x Crypto 交叉产品或AI金融/交易类产品相关经验者优先； 了解加密货币行业、生成式AI基础知识，有丰富的web3投研、交易、链上探索经验者优先； 优秀的沟通协调能力，能与技术、设计、业务等多部门有效合作； 具备创新思维和解决问题的能力，对新技术有好奇心和学习热情； Why Bitget?
