What you'll do Assist the operations team with daily support tasks, including backend configuration, content collation, and data statistics; Participate in the preparation and execution of events; Help organize operation documents, knowledge bases, and internal collaboration tools; Assist in drafting and proofreading operation copy, announcements, and event descriptions in both Chinese and English (preference given to candidates with strong English reading and writing skills); Complete other operations support tasks as assigned by supervisors; Collect industry trends, competitor information, and user feedback.

What you'll need Basic understanding of blockchain, cryptocurrency, and the Web3 ecosystem; active participation in Web3 communities is a plus; Strong communication skills, sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and team spirit; Experience in event execution is preferred; Good English reading and writing skills; Preference given to candidates who can intern for the long-term and on a stable basis. 岗位职责： 协助运营团队完成日常运营支持工作，包括后台配置、内容整理、数据统计等； 参与活动的筹备与执行支持； 协助整理运营文档、知识库及内部协作工具； 协助撰写和校对运营文案、公告、活动说明等中英文内容（英文读写能力佳者优先）； 完成上级交办的其他运营支持类任务； 收集行业动态、竞品信息及用户声音。 任职要求： 对区块链、加密货币、Web3生态有基本了解，活跃于Web3社区； 具备良好的沟通能力、责任心强，工作细致，有团队协作意识； 有活动执行经验者优先； 英语读写能力良好； 能长期稳定实习者优先考虑。 If you are ambitious and believe that digital assets could be the next financial and technological revolution, please apply!
