What you'll do Visual Asset Design: Proficient in mainstream AI workflows such as SD+ControlNet+LoRA or Midjourney, with experience in custom model training to produce high-quality images that seamlessly integrate creativity with visual impact.

Utilize AI tools to prepare visual assets, perform layout/compositing in tools like Photoshop, and efficiently produce batches of content. (This is crucial—must possess custom model training capabilities) AI Video Production: Generate premium video content using AIGC tools, with proficiency in video editing and color grading.

Traditional Design Workflow Optimization: Identify AI-driven solutions for traditional design processes based on application scenarios, proposing corresponding framework solutions.

Develop Stable Diffusion LoRA model libraries and train brand-specific design models.

What you'll need Bachelor's degree or higher in design, art, or related fields, with a solid foundation in design theory and creative thinking. (Exceptionally talented candidates may be exempt from this requirement.) Excellent visual design skills with the ability to independently complete design tasks.

Demonstrated experience in the full AIGC workflow, from concept to project implementation.

Demonstrate full-cycle AIGC proficiency, mastering AI tools like Midjourney/ComfyUI/Runway to optimize end-to-end workflows.

Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere, etc.).

Proactively explore cutting-edge AI technologies, experiment with diverse AI tools, plugins, and models to enhance productivity.
