What we're looking for We are hiring a PayFi PMM to lead the market positioning, narrative development, and growth execution of Bitget Wallet PayFi (Crypto Card + QR Payment) in key regions.
You will act as the regional PayFi lead especially in LataM, Latin America, responsible for defining and executing the regional playbook (core use case × core capability × core growth lever).
You will work closely with regional teams, the growth team, and cross-functional partners such as product and risk control.
Through data-driven iteration, you will continuously deliver measurable growth results (new users, card/QR activation, cost efficiency, and user quality). 1.
Positioning & Messaging Define target audience, core user needs, and value propositions (Card + QR Pay), forming a clear regional positioning strategy Build a structured selling-point framework: prioritize key messages, define proof points, conduct competitive comparisons, prepare FAQs, and establish compliance boundaries to ensure consistent, credible, and conversion-driven external messaging 2.
Regional GTM & Growth Ownership Develop and execute regional GTM strategy: core use case × core capability focus (Card-first or QR-first) × primary growth levers (KOLs, affiliates, partnerships, paid acquisition, communities, etc.) Set phased targets and milestones, and drive growth through short-cycle iteration (test → scale → review → optimize → systematize) Make key decisions based on data: channel mix, budget recommendations, campaign pacing, scale-up or pause decisions 3.
Channels & Partnerships Collaborate with regional BD, operations, and local teams to build and maintain local channel networks (KOLs, affiliates, partner platforms, etc.) Participate in strategic channel and partnership development, design joint campaign plans with clear measurement frameworks, and drive execution to achieve results 4.
