What you'll do Responsible for the daily review, scheduling management, and execution monitoring of various marketing outreach channels on the Bitget platform, ensuring that outreach tasks are completed on time, accurately, and compliantly.
Lead the optimization and iteration of platform outreach-related product functions, propose improvement suggestions, and promote their implementation to improve platform operational efficiency.
Establish and maintain a data monitoring system for outreach effectiveness, using in-depth data analysis to understand user behavior and preferences, providing data support and action suggestions for optimizing marketing strategies in various business departments.
Explore and try new outreach strategies and tools, collaborating with product, technology, and design teams to continuously improve the accuracy, effectiveness, and user satisfaction of the platform's overall marketing outreach.
What you'll need At least 3 years of platform operations experience, possessing a strong sense of responsibility and meticulousness, able to work in a multi-tasking, fast-paced environment, and have good stress resistance and problem-solving skills.
Possess data analysis skills, be proficient in using data analysis tools such as Excel, and be able to independently complete data processing and analysis work.
Possesses product-oriented thinking and system optimization awareness, able to identify product pain points from operational practice, create clear requirement documents, and coordinate resources to drive optimization projects to implementation.
Possesses excellent communication and coordination skills and a strong team spirit, with a keen interest in and insights into user reach, marketing strategies, and user experience. 岗位职责: 负责平台各类营销触达渠道的日常需求审核、排期管理与执行监控,确保触达任务按时、准确、合规地完成。 主导平台触达相关产品功能的优化迭代,提出改进建议并推动落地,以提升平台运营效率。 建立并维护触达效果的数据监控体系,通过深度数据分析洞察用户行为与偏好,为各业务部门的营销策略优化提供数据支持与行动建议。 探索并尝试新的触达策略与工具,协同产品、技术、设计等团队,持续提升平台整体营销触达的精准度、有效性与用户满意度。 任职要求: 至少3年以上平台运营经验,具备极强的责任心和细致度,能够胜任多任务、快节奏的工作环境,具备良好的抗压能力与问题解决意识。 具备数据分析能力,熟练使用Excel等数据分析工具,能够独立完成数据处理、分析工作。 具备产品化思维与系统优化意识,能够从运营实践中发现产品痛点,形成清晰的需求文档,并协调资源推动优化项目落地。 具备良好的沟通协调能力与团队合作精神,对用户触达、营销策略、用户体验有浓厚兴趣与自己的见解。 Why Bitget?
