What you'll do Responsible for product design and experience optimization of fiat deposit/withdrawal process Improve payment success rate, conversion rate and overall user experience Connect and manage payment channels, promote access, testing, and launch Monitor channel stability, limit, success rate, and exception handling mechanism Design failure retry, route switching and other strategies to improve usability.

Continuously optimize key metrics (success rate, time consumption, cost, etc.) based on Data Analysis.

Collaborate with risk control, compliance, operations and technical teams to drive product iteration What you'll need More than 3 years of experience in payment related products Familiar with the complete chain of fiat payment and the main payment methods (card payment/local payment/bank transfer, etc.) Experience in payment channel access and management Data driven product optimization capabilities Strong execution and cross-team driving ability Experience with exchange/wallet/cross-border transfer Familiar with On-ramp/Off-ramp business Have practical experience in multi-channel routing or improving success rate English can be used as a working language 岗位职责： 负责法币入金 / 出金流程的产品设计与体验优化 提升支付成功率、转化率及整体用户体验 对接并管理支付渠道，推动接入、测试与上线 监控通道稳定性、限额、成功率及异常处理机制 设计失败重试、路由切换等策略，提升可用性 基于数据分析持续优化关键指标（成功率、耗时、成本等） 协同风控、合规、运营及技术团队推动产品迭代 任职要求： 3 年以上支付相关产品经验 熟悉法币支付完整链路及主要支付方式（卡支付 / 本地支付 / 银行转账等） 有支付渠道接入及管理经验 具备数据驱动的产品优化能力 强执行力与跨团队推动能力 有交易所 / 钱包 / 跨境支付经验 熟悉 On-ramp / Off-ramp 业务 有多通道路由或提升成功率实战经验 英文可作为工作语言 Why Bitget?
