Role Overview

We’re looking for a Growth Lead, this role is highly execution-focused, with direct responsibility over acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue growth.

You will work closely with the founders and product team to design, test, and scale growth loops that drive real trading volume.

Responsibilities

Own and execute Altitude’s growth strategy across the full funnel (acquisition → activation → retention → revenue) Design and run growth experiments with clear hypotheses and measurable outcomes Drive user acquisition through organic, paid, partnerships, and community-driven channels Optimize onboarding, activation flows, and conversion to first trade Build and improve growth loops around trading volume, referrals, and social distribution Analyze user behavior, cohort performance, and funnel metrics to guide decisions Work closely with product to influence features that unlock growth Scale what works, kill what doesn’t Profile We’re Looking For 3–6+ years experience in growth, performance marketing, or product growth Strong analytical mindset with hands-on execution skills Deep interest or experience in crypto, DeFi, or onchain trading Comfortable with experimentation, rapid iteration, and imperfect data Strong written communication skills (English) Builder mindset: you ship, measure, and iterate Nice to Have Experience growing trading platforms, fintech, or crypto infra products Experience scaling referral programs or volume-based incentives Strong understanding of onchain user behavior and incentives What We Offer Ownership of growth strategy and execution in an early-stage company High autonomy and direct impact on revenue and volume Remote-first, fast-moving team
