What you'll do Product Planning and Implementation: Responsible for the overall product planning, design, and implementation of market data, news content, and advanced trading tools for US stocks and RWA (Retail Investment & Trading) business lines.

Professional Market Data and Trading Tool Development: Deeply understand the pain points of US stock investors, design and optimize US stock market data and practical trading assistance tools to lower the decision-making threshold for users participating in US stocks and RWA.

Content Ecosystem and AI Empowerment: Build a high-quality content system (news, in-depth analysis, special reports, etc.) by combining US stock macroeconomic data, company financial reports, and market hotspots.

Explore and implement AI+financial content scenarios, such as using AI for news summarization, market sentiment analysis, and intelligent research report generation.

Work Efficiency Transformation: As an "AI pioneer" within the team, proficiently utilize AI Agents and various large language models (such as ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to assist in daily tasks such as competitor research, PRD writing, and data organization and analysis, effectively improving product iteration efficiency.

Cross-departmental Collaboration and Growth: Work closely with R&D, design, compliance, and operations teams to ensure the usability and system stability of the US stock RWA product; continuously optimize user experience and drive business data growth through data tracking and analysis.

What you'll need Experience: Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to candidates with experience in market data, content, community, or investment support tools from leading US stock brokerages (e.g., Futu, Tiger Brokers, Webull) or financial data platforms (e.g., Xueqiu, Seeking Alpha, Yahoo Finance).

US Stock Market Acumen: Extremely familiar with US stock market dynamics, with a deep understanding of market data (e.g., L1/L2, pre-market and after-hours data, options data dimensions), macroeconomic indicators, company financial reports, and corporate actions (dividends, stock splits, etc.); as a seasoned US stock investor, understand what information users need most when analyzing the market and making trading decisions.

Content and Tool Design Capabilities: Possess solid design capabilities for "decision-supporting tools" (such as intelligent stock pickers, abnormal trading lists, financial report calendars, fund flow analysis, market sentiment indicators, etc.), and be able to transform complex market data and information into intuitive and easy-to-use C-end product functions.

Web3/RWA Vision: Have some knowledge and enthusiasm for Crypto, DeFi, and RWA (Real World Assets), and understand the basic logic of putting traditional financial assets on-chain (tokenization).

Heavy AI Tool User: Possess strong AI tool application capabilities, and be able to skillfully build or use various AI Agents (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Coze, etc.) to significantly optimize personal workflows (such as competitor research, document writing, data processing); experience in applying large models to business scenarios (such as intelligent information summarization, sentiment analysis) is preferred.

Bonus Points: Practical experience in building an automated financial content processing pipeline from scratch using AI Agents/large language models.

Experienced in connecting to and processing financial data interfaces (such as APIs from Bloomberg, Reuters, Polygon.io, etc.). 岗位职责： 产品规划与落地： 负责美股及美股RWA业务线的行情、资讯内容及高级交易工具的整体产品规划、设计与项目落地。 专业行情与交易工具搭建： 深入洞察美股投资者的痛点，设计并优化美股行情以及实用交易辅助工具，降低用户参与美股及RWA的决策门槛。 内容生态与AI赋能： 结合美股宏观经济、公司财报及市场热点，搭建高质量的内容体系（资讯、深度分析、专题等）。探索并落地 AI+金融内容场景，如利用AI进行新闻摘要、市场情绪分析、智能研报生成等。 工作效率变革： 作为团队内的“AI先锋”，熟练运用 AI Agent及各类大语言模型（如ChatGPT, Claude等），辅助完成竞品调研、PRD撰写、数据整理分析等日常工作，切实提升产品迭代效率。 跨部门协同与增长： 与研发、设计、合规及运营团队紧密协作，确保美股RWA产品的可用性与系统稳定性；通过数据埋点与数据分析，持续优化用户体验，驱动业务数据增长。 任职要求： 经验要求： 本科及以上学历，拥有头部美股券商（如富途、老虎、微牛等）或财经数据平台（如雪球、Seeking Alpha、Yahoo Finance等）的行情、内容、社区或投资辅助工具类产品经验者优先。 美股市场敏锐度： 极度熟悉美股市场动态，对行情数据（如L1/L2、盘前盘后、期权数据维度）、宏观经济指标、公司财报及企业行为（分红、拆股等）有深刻理解；作为资深美股投资者，清楚用户在看盘和交易决策时最需要什么信息。 内容与工具设计能力： 具备扎实的“辅助决策工具”设计能力（如智能选股器、异动榜、财报日历、资金流向分析、市场情绪指标等），能将庞杂的市场数据和资讯转化为直观、易用的C端产品功能。 Web3/RWA视野： 对Crypto、DeFi及RWA（Real World Assets）有一定认知和热情，理解传统金融资产上链（代币化）的基本逻辑。 AI工具重度用户： 具备较强的AI工具应用能力，能熟练构建或使用各类 AI Agent （如ChatGPT, Claude, Coze等）来大幅优化个人工作流（如竞品调研、文档撰写、数据整理）；有将大模型应用于业务场景（如资讯智能摘要、情感分析）经验者优先。 加分项 (Bonus Points): 有过利用 AI Agent/大语言模型从0到1搭建财经内容自动化处理流水线的实操经验。 对金融数据接口（如Bloomberg, Reuters, Polygon.io等API）有对接和处理经验。 Why Bitget?
