What you'll do Core Module Iteration: Responsible for the requirements research, product design, and implementation iteration of core C-end modules such as "Market Data, News, and Community" in the US stock and US RWA (Real World Assets) business lines, providing a smooth and professional user experience.

Decision Support Tool Design: Deeply understand the pain points of US stock investors in market observation and trading, participate in the design and optimization of practical market observation tools, and lower the decision-making threshold for users.

AI Scenarios Exploration and Implementation: Assist in exploring the implementation of Large Language Models (LLM) in financial content scenarios, such as intelligent news summarization and individual stock sentiment analysis tags; follow up on the development, testing, and launch of functions.

Work Efficiency Transformation: Proficiently use AI Agents and various large language models (such as ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) to assist in completing daily tasks such as competitor research, PRD writing, and data organization and analysis, improving the product iteration efficiency of individuals and the team.

Cross-departmental collaboration and data-driven approach: Write high-quality PRDs and interactive prototypes, working closely with design, development, and testing teams to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery; continuously refine product details through data tracking and funnel analysis to improve the usage and conversion rates of core modules.

What you'll need Experience Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above, with priority given to candidates with experience in market data, content, community, or investment support tools from leading US stock brokerages (e.g., Futu, Tiger Brokers, Webull) or financial data platforms (e.g., Xueqiu, Seeking Alpha, Yahoo Finance).

US Stock Market Acumen: Extremely familiar with US stock market dynamics, with a deep understanding of market data (e.g., L1/L2, pre-market and after-hours data, options data dimensions), macroeconomic indicators, company financial reports, and corporate actions (dividends, stock splits, etc.); as a seasoned US stock investor, understand what information users need most when analyzing the market and making trading decisions.

Content and Tool Design Capabilities: Possesses solid design capabilities for "decision-supporting tools" (such as intelligent stock pickers, abnormal trading lists, financial report calendars, fund flow analysis, market sentiment indicators, etc.), capable of transforming complex market data and information into intuitive and easy-to-use C-end product functions.

Web3/RWA Vision: Has some knowledge and enthusiasm for Crypto, DeFi, and RWA (Real World Assets), and understands the basic logic of putting traditional financial assets on-chain (tokenization).

Heavy AI Tool User: Possesses strong AI tool application capabilities, able to skillfully build or use various AI Agents (such as ChatGPT, Claude, Coze, etc.) to significantly optimize personal workflows (such as competitor research, document writing, data processing); experience in applying large models to business scenarios (such as intelligent information summarization, sentiment analysis) is preferred. ?

Bonus Points: Practical experience in building an automated financial content processing pipeline from scratch using AI Agents/large language models.

Experienced in connecting to and processing financial data interfaces (such as APIs from Bloomberg, Reuters, Polygon.io, etc.). 岗位职责： 核心模块迭代： 负责美股及美股RWA（真实世界资产）业务线中“行情、资讯、社区”等核心C端模块的需求调研、产品设计与落地迭代，提供流畅且专业的用户体验。 辅助决策工具设计： 深入挖掘美股投资者的看盘与交易痛点，参与设计和优化实用的看盘辅助工具，降低用户的决策门槛。 AI场景探索与落地： 协助探索大模型（LLM）在金融内容场景的落地，例如资讯智能摘要、个股情绪分析标签等；跟进功能的开发、测试与上线。 工作效率变革： 熟练运用 AI Agent及各类大语言模型（如ChatGPT, Claude等），辅助完成竞品调研、PRD撰写、数据整理分析等日常工作，提升个人与团队的产品迭代效率。 跨部门协同与数据驱动： 撰写高质量的PRD及交互原型，与设计、研发、测试团队紧密配合，保障项目按时高质量交付；通过数据埋点与漏斗分析，持续打磨产品细节，提升核心模块的使用率和转化率。 任职要求： 经验要求： 本科及以上学历，拥有头部美股券商（如富途、老虎、微牛等）或财经数据平台（如雪球、Seeking Alpha、Yahoo Finance等）的行情、内容、社区或投资辅助工具类产品经验者优先。 美股市场敏锐度： 极度熟悉美股市场动态，对行情数据（如L1/L2、盘前盘后、期权数据维度）、宏观经济指标、公司财报及企业行为（分红、拆股等）有深刻理解；作为资深美股投资者，清楚用户在看盘和交易决策时最需要什么信息。 内容与工具设计能力： 具备扎实的“辅助决策工具”设计能力（如智能选股器、异动榜、财报日历、资金流向分析、市场情绪指标等），能将庞杂的市场数据和资讯转化为直观、易用的C端产品功能。 Web3/RWA视野： 对Crypto、DeFi及RWA（Real World Assets）有一定认知和热情，理解传统金融资产上链（代币化）的基本逻辑。 AI工具重度用户： 具备较强的AI工具应用能力，能熟练构建或使用各类 AI Agent （如ChatGPT, Claude, Coze等）来大幅优化个人工作流（如竞品调研、文档撰写、数据整理）；有将大模型应用于业务场景（如资讯智能摘要、情感分析）经验者优先。 ? 加分项 (Bonus Points): 有过利用 AI Agent/大语言模型从0到1搭建财经内容自动化处理流水线的实操经验。 对金融数据接口（如Bloomberg, Reuters, Polygon.io等API）有对接和处理经验。 Why Bitget?
