The future of Web3 starts with you. — Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law. — At least Upper-Intermediate level of English (oral, written, legal). — 1-4 years’ experience in corporate/commercial law (in-house or law firm), including cross-border entity work. — Solid drafting skills (charters, resolutions, PoAs, policies, minutes, etc.). — Proven experience with multi-jurisdiction company maintenance (annual filings, renewals, directors’/shareholders’ meetings, notarisations, apostilles). — Understanding of corporate governance and compliance frameworks. — Exposure to audits or regulatory reviews (preparing packs, responding to requests, evidence collection). — Practical understanding of EU taxation relevant to corporate operations and structuring (VAT, corporate income tax, withholding taxes) and proven experience dealing with tax-related workstreams. — Experience supporting VAT matters: basic EU VAT concepts, invoicing requirements, reverse charge logic, and liaising with Finance/Tax advisors on VAT registrations/returns. — Lead and support company formation and structuring across multiple jurisdictions (new companies setup, prepare basic documents, open accounts, keep the capitalization table and UBO registers up to date, arrange notarisation/apostille when needed). — Run ongoing corporate housekeeping: track renewal dates and fees, file annual returns, renew licences/permits, schedule and minute board/shareholder meetings. — Keep governance in order: maintain policy registers, signing/authority matrices, in line with our internal standards. — Support restructurings: intra-group share transfers, director/UBO changes, mergers or redomiciliation - draft documents, make filings, coordinate local agents. — Coordinate audits and reporting: collect evidence/certificates, reconcile registers with filings, draft responses, and close audit action items. — Prepare for inspections: run readiness checklists, fix gaps, and prepare briefing packs for management. — Manage external counsel/agents across countries: define scope, track SLAs, invoices and budgets. — Work cross-functionally with Compliance, Tax, Finance, Product and Operations to keep our structures and governance aligned with business and regulatory needs. — Support tax-related governance and compliance: coordinate VAT registrations/returns where needed, collect inputs for tax advisors, and align invoicing/contracting flows with EU VAT requirements. — Experience in fintech/crypto, VASP regimes, or financial services licensing (e.g., MiCA/EU, FCA, BVI, UAE, etc.). — Experience coordinating with auditors and advisors (Big Four or boutique). — Knowledge of transfer pricing basics and intercompany documentation.
