Shields Group Search is partnering with an innovative investing technology company to hire a Growth Manager focused on business development, network building, and KOL/community growth within the US stock / equities ecosystem.
This is a high-impact growth role for someone who is deeply plugged into US investing culture and can help drive a content-first, community-driven go-to-market strategy. The company is looking for someone who can build strategic partnerships, cultivate investor and trader communities, and create growth initiatives that expand reach, engagement, and market influence.
The ideal candidate speaks the language of sophisticated US investors and traders, understands how modern investing communities operate online, and brings strong relationship-building and business development instincts.
Drive partnerships with established investing communities, funds, and research institutions to publish content using the company’s platform.
Identify and develop new business cooperation opportunities, communicate with potential partners, negotiate terms, and finalize partnership agreements to expand market share and influence.
Actively participate in investor and trader communities across platforms such as X, Discord, and Telegram to cultivate the company’s core community, spark conversations, and build and maintain strong relationships with members.
Design and run creative growth campaigns, primarily driven by partnerships and business development, to drive user acquisition and engagement.
Collect market feedback and partner needs, and provide recommendations that inform both product direction and broader business development efforts.
Deeply fluent in US equities and able to speak the language of sophisticated investors and traders.
A strong relationship builder with an existing network in investing communities and institutions. Existing relationships in the space are a major plus.
Excellent business development, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to independently manage partnerships from outreach through close.
Genuinely enjoy spending time online with community members and know how to build credibility in digital investor communities.
Passionate about AI and the financial markets.
Highly self-driven, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership in a fast-moving environment.
The candidate must have a strong, or at least existing, US stock KOL network or know major players across US stocks / finance While the broader company has roots in Web3 / crypto, this role is focused specifically on US stocks / equities Must be based in the United States
