@CryptoBot is one of the largest products on Telegram for buying, selling, exchanging, and transferring cryptocurrency. We have an active international userbase, with a key trading volume in CIS countries. More than 2 million users use @CryptoBot every month. We are looking for a Finance & Corporate Operations Manager who will maintain full visibility over the company's financial and legal landscape, coordinate external subcontractors, and structure employee payment flows.
Oversee financial flows (fiat and crypto)
Monitor and control payments, invoicing, and payroll processes (via external subcontractors)
Coordinate and manage accountants, tax advisors, and legal service providers
Review accuracy and monitor deadlines of the reports
Raise questions and identify potential risks
Banking & Payments (UAE)
Communicate with UAE-based banks and support KYC processes
Manage risks related to banks and regulatory requirements
Prepare data for reporting (through external subcontractors)
Flag potential risks to the COO
Strategy (within scope of the role)
Design and develop the financial and corporate structure for a 6-12 month horizon
Provide recommendations on process and subcontractor optimization
Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
Experience working with legal entities and banks in the UAE
Understanding of the UAE tax system (Corporate Tax, VAT)
Experience in crypto / fintech / payment systems
Experience managing external vendors
Russian language proficiency
Nice to have
Legal background or close collaboration experience with corporate lawyers
International finance certifications.
