About the role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling institutional client inquiries, coordinating with internal departments, processing fund transfers, and managing KYC-related communications. The role requires strong communication skills, client service orientation, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage institutional client inquiries, orders, and KYC-related communications with professionalism and accuracy.
Coordinate with Compliance, Finance, and IT teams to resolve issues and streamline operational workflows.
Support trading operations including quotation and order creation
Ensure proper communication and documentation of trade instructions across systems and stakeholders.
Oversee post-trading activities such as daily reconciliations to maintain data integrity.
Contribute to continuous improvement of operational processes and client service standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor Degree in any disciplines;
1–3 years of experience in financial operations, client service, or a related role (institutional client experience preferred);
Strong client-facing and/or middle-office experience, or proven experience working closely with multiple internal and external stakeholders;
Excellent communication skills, operational awareness, and the ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment;
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
Team player with demonstrated ability to communicate and partner with internal / external parties;
Fluency in English and Mandarin is advantageous, due to need to work closely with Mandarin as well as English speaking stakeholders.
