We’re working with a fast‑growing digital‑asset data and finance‑infrastructure platform that helps institutions and crypto enterprises manage, value, and reconcile their digital assets across blockchains, exchanges, and accounting systems.
They’re now looking for a Partnerships Lead to grow and manage strategic relationships with ecosystem partners - exchanges, custodians, accounting providers, and enterprise fintech platforms - as they scale globally.
This is a great fit if you’re passionate about building long‑term partnerships in crypto, fintech, and financial data infrastructure, and love working cross‑functionally at an early stage of growth.
Identify and develop high‑impact partnerships with key ecosystem players (exchanges, custodians, accounting software, auditors, and fintechs). Negotiate commercial and technical agreements that drive product adoption and customer value. Collaborate closely with the product and marketing teams to build co‑marketing and integration strategies. Manage partner pipelines and joint go‑to‑market plans to expand revenue and market reach. Represent the company at industry conferences and events across Web3 and FinTech.
5–8 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or alliances roles. Background in FinTech, crypto, or B2B SaaS preferred. Demonstrated success building ecosystem or channel partnerships (end‑to‑end from strategy to execution). Strong relationship skills and an ability to influence technical and executive stakeholders. Understanding of digital assets, blockchain data, or financial infrastructure is a plus. Comfortable working autonomously in a remote startup environment.
