As a Video Editor, you will work on the most important stories across the company — from flagship brand campaigns to high-octane partnership films and product launches. Reporting directly to the Senior Creative Director, Motion, you will operate in close partnership on these high-priority creative initiatives.
You will be a key member of the Brand Marketing Team, joining a group where we conceive, design, and lead the development of high-quality creative work that merges traditional filmmaking with an AI-First mindset . You will be trusted to operate independently, originate narrative structures, and deliver work with a level of rhythm and conviction that reduces the need for senior intervention. The expectation is not just execution; it is judgment, taste, and a senior-level "gut" for story.

Responsibilities:
- Lead editorial on high-impact brand projects: Own the narrative from raw footage to finalized video output for the main Crypto.com brand.
- Drive Partnership Excellence: Create impact assets for our partnerships (F1, UFC, crypto.com arena, etc.), ensuring high-octane visual storytelling that engages global viewers.
- Visualize Narrative Sequences: Utilize AI image and video models to prototype story blocks and animate assets that blend seamlessly with live-action footage.
- Launch the Future: Manage the end-to-end video production for major product GTMs across the ecosystem, from initial ideation to final delivery.
- Craft High-Impact Social Edits: Create engaging, story-driven content for SNS platforms while maintaining a consistent editorial tone.
- Simplify & Accelerate: Use AI agentic tools to solve creative blocks and simplify processes, valuing speed without sacrificing the craft of the edit.
Requirements:
- Mastery of Narrative: A deep understanding of story flow, pacing, and emotional resonance.
- Senior-Level "Gut": Strong experience in traditional offline editing with a deep background in music, rhythm, and timing.
- Cinematic Taste: A portfolio of original work that showcases a high sense of aesthetics and visual judgment.
- AI-Enabled, Not AI-Dependent: Proactive in using AI tools to enhance the craft, not replace the storytelling.
- Independence: Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with minimal oversight.
- The "Creator" Mindset: A self-starter who takes total ownership of projects with a "get things done" attitude.
- Expert in Adobe Creative Suite: Specifically Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Photoshop.
- Familiar with AI Tools: Including but not limited to Midjourney, Luma AI, Higgsfield&etc.
- 5–7 years of experience at an offline editorial house, in-house advertising agency, or commercial production company.
- Portfolio demonstrating high-quality, original, and story-driven work.
- Crypto Knowledge Required: A genuine passion for the future of finance and blockchain technology.
- Location: Fully remote, with a strong preference for candidates in APAC time zones.
