Lead and contribute to cross-organization DevOps projects. Establish and enforce best practices for DevOps and R&D teams. Research and evaluate new tools, technologies, and methodologies to improve DevOps processes. Develop and maintain scalable and resilient infrastructure solutions. Build and optimize CI/CD pipelines and deployment strategies. Work closely with R&D teams to enhance service reliability, scalability, and performance. Responsible for Kubernetes multi-cluster lifecycle management.
