Support the preparation of annual financial statements in collaboration with contracted accountants Support the management of overall accounting and tax obligations, supervising contracted accountants and auditors - by providing relevant company information, as well as review and validation of prepared tax computations and filings Ensure all external reporting requirements, tax, social and other contributions are met Prepare and maintain internal CF, P&L, Reserve, Burn rate, Income reports using company’s software applications Support, manage and advise management in cash flow and P&L planning for the whole group in Europe (Germany, Switzerland) and internationally Execute bank and other payments per request Support any other administrative coordination activities including maintenance of different records such as available vacation days or travel booking, etc.
Proficiency in financial statements and financial reporting Knowledge of corporate accounting principles and practices and ability to review external tax computations critically Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple priorities Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field 3+ years of work experience in finance and accounting Full professional proficiency in English Excellent knowledge of Excel Preferred: Experience with public innovation project management e.g. Horizon Europe Preferred: Experience in dealing with token accounting, including security and custom custody practices Preferred:Intermediate or higher level of German Preferred: Experience with DATEV software Availability on a 40 hour/week basis (remote work only) Starting date: at earliest possible date Apply now See more open positions at Energy Web Foundation
