● Client Acquisition and Growth: ○ Actively prospect and onboard high-net-worth individuals, asset managers, FinTech startups, and institutional clients to KuCoin’s platform. ○ Leverage an existing client base to generate immediate revenue and expand KuCoin’s VIP client portfolio. ○ Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets. ● Relationship Management: ○ Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with VIP clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates. ○ Provide tailored solutions to meet clients’ trading, staking, and investment needs, positioning KuCoin’s services as their preferred choice. ○ Conduct regular check-ins and personalized consultations to understand client goals and address their concerns. ● Market Expansion: ○ Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Hong Kong’s financial and regulatory landscape, focusing on crypto and wealth management sectors. ○ Represent KuCoin at industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to promote our platform and attract high-value clients. ● Collaboration and Reporting: ○ Work closely with the marketing, product, and compliance teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and adherence to regulatory standards, including Hong Kong’s Securities and Futures Ordinance. ○ Provide regular updates on sales pipelines, client feedback, and market trends to the Head of VIP Client Relations. ○ Utilize CRM tools to track client interactions, sales progress, and performance metrics.
● Experience: ○ 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management within finance, cryptocurrency, or HNW client services. ○ Proven ability to bring and manage an existing client base in the financial or crypto sectors. ○ Experience in aggressive sales roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. ● Skills: ○ Strong sales acumen with excellent negotiation and closing skills. ○ Understanding of cryptocurrency markets, trading platforms, and client needs in the crypto or wealth management space. ○ Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to build trust with HNW and institutional clients. ○ Familiarity with Hong Kong’s financial regulations and compliance requirements is a plus. ● Attributes: ○ Highly motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a passion for driving revenue growth. ○ Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. ○ Strong networker with the ability to leverage relationships to generate leads and referrals. ● Education: ○ Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
