apply for this job We’re looking for a motivated Administrative Assistant / Executive Assistant to support our HK office and assist with daily office administration. What you’ll do Support the HK office Leadership team with scheduling, meetings, and travel arrangements Prepare basic documents, reports, and presentations Assist with office operations, onboarding support, and expense coordination Support meetings, events, and day-to-day administrative tasks Support HR work
What we’re looking for Diploma or Bachelor’s degree, at lease 1 year experience in Admin Good communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and/or Mandarin) Organized, detail-oriented, and willing to learn Basic skills in MS Office or Google Workspace Applicants must have the right to work in Hong Kong No visa sponsorship will be provided
