About The Role
About the Role
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Growth & User Operations Manager to own end-to-end user growth across our brokerage/crypto business.
This role covers the full user lifecycle — from acquisition to activation, retention, and monetization. You will define growth strategies, break down targets, and work cross-functionally to drive measurable business impact.
What You’ll Do
Own end-to-end growth strategy across the user lifecycle (Acquisition → Activation → Retention → Revenue)
Drive user acquisition initiatives, including channels, partnerships, and campaign strategies
Optimize conversion funnels (registration → onboarding → funding → first trade)
Lead user lifecycle management, improving retention, engagement, and trading activity
Design and execute growth programs, such as referral systems, incentives, and lifecycle campaigns
Build and monitor key growth metrics (CAC, conversion rates, retention, LTV, etc.)
Run experiments (A/B testing) and continuously iterate based on data insights
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, BD, and Data teams to drive growth initiatives
What We’re Looking For
5–8+ years of experience in Growth, User Operations, or related roles
Proven track record in driving both user acquisition and retention
Experience in brokerage, fintech, or crypto trading platforms is highly preferred
Strong understanding of growth frameworks (e.g. AARRR, funnel optimization)
Data-driven mindset with solid analytical skills (SQL/BI tools is a plus)
Ability to translate business goals into actionable growth plans
Strong ownership and cross-functional collaboration skills
