The future of Web3 starts with you: join us as a PreSale Specialist! — 3+ years of experience in pre-sales, lead generation, or B2B sales — Understanding the principles of working with ICP (ideal customer profile) and segmentation — Knowledge of the main lead generation metrics and the ability to work with them — Experience writing and adapting outreach scripts based on ICP, segment, and context — Hands-on experience with multi-channel outreach and limitations (email, LinkedIn, Telegram, WhatsApp, etc.) — Strong business communication and product presentation skills — Ability to analyze outreach performance and optimize messaging and targeting — Confident knowledge of the Salesforce CRM system and data management tools (Excel/Google Sheets) — Attention to detail, systematic approach, and high level of self-organization — Working with the provided lead databases for primary qualification and segmentation — Communicating with leads via email, LinkedIn, Telegram, WhatsApp, and conducting pre-sales activities — Identifying customer needs and presenting the value of the product. — Conduct structured discovery in communication to identify client needs, use cases, and potential opportunities — Transferring qualified leads to the business development department for further negotiation — Maintaining the relevance and accuracy of data in CRM (Salesforce) — Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to agree on qualification criteria and priorities — Use CRM data and BD feedback to continuously improve targeting and qualification approach — Analyze outreach performance and optimize messaging, segmentation, and channel usage — Experience in the crypto industry Immerse yourself in Crypto & Web3: — Master cutting-edge technologies and become an expert in the most innovative industry.
