Key responsibilities:
Ø Proactively identify, target, and acquire new client relationships. Leverage existing networks and develop new channels through private bankers, professional intermediaries.
Ø Master the full suite of investment products to structure and present tailored solutions that address specific client goals, risk profiles, and liquidity needs. Build and maintain long-term, trusting relationships.
Ø Provide frontline market feedback on client needs, competitive landscape, and product trends to the investment and product development teams to help shape future offerings.
Ø Work closely with Investment Specialists, Portfolio Managers, and the Client Service team to ensure a seamless client experience, from initial presentation through onboarding and ongoing reviews.
Ø Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, including AUM growth, product sales volume, and revenue contribution.
Ø Prepare sales reports, track client activity, and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and adjust sales tactics accordingly
Ø Participate in industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility and expand client network.
Requirements:
Ø Minimum of 5 years of direct, relevant sales experience in asset management, private banking, wealth management, or capital raising for alternative investments, with a verifiable history of exceeding AUM/revenue targets.
Ø A demonstrably extensive and active personal network within UHNWI, Family Office communities, Corporate community.
Ø Strong understanding of capital markets and a wide range of asset management products, particularly those relevant to sophisticated clients.
Ø Ability to engage confidently and credibly with founders, entrepreneurs, family principals, and senior professionals. Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ø A self-starter with high energy, resilience, and a hunter mentality. Able to operate strategically and independently in an entrepreneurial environment within a larger platform.
