Assist in the full lifecycle of Square campaign operations, including drafting campaign documentation, managing backend configurations, coordinating on-site promotions (banners, push notifications, and pop-ups), overseeing campaign launches, tracking ongoing progress and post-campaign management.
Collect & extract frequently-appeared cases from user inquiries, work with Product and Tech teams to debug issues, verify fixes, and reduce the number of potential user cases.
Handle escalated user tickets from the Mod & Customer Service team, maintain FAQs and other user documents to ensure consistent communication and improve user experience.
Monitor real-time campaign data and deliver post-campaign reports with actionable insights for future optimization.
Plan, coordinate, and launch integrated growth initiatives and campaigns in partnership with cross-functional teams to accelerate scalable user and content growth.
Recent graduate, with a strong interest in crypto, blockchain, and digital communities.
Past experience in Web3, content or creator economy is a plus advantage.
Strong bilingual communication skills in English and Mandarin, with the ability to effectively engage vendors and internal stakeholders across regions.
