AdsGram is an ambitious AdTech startup building a platform similar to Google Ads, but within the Telegram ecosystem. We are growing rapidly and building a product at the intersection of advertising, technology, and Telegram infrastructure. Our team is globally distributed, and English is our default working language.
We are currently expanding in the APAC region, with a strong focus on the Chinese market, and are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth in this region.
Identify, approach, and onboard new clients and partners in the China/APAC market
Build and maintain strong relationships with advertisers, agencies, and partners
Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate deals, and close partnerships
Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth client handover and retention
Represent AdsGram at regional industry events, conferences, and meetups
Work closely with Product, Marketing, and Support teams to improve product offering and market fit
Native Chinese speaker or fluent in Chinese (Mandarin)
Strong English communication skills (B2+), as English is used in daily work
1–3 years of experience in business development or sales
Experience in AdTech / Digital Marketing / Web3 / traffic platforms
Understanding of APAC market dynamics, especially China
Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills
Ability to work remotely within an international team
Strong communication and self-organization skills
Nice to Have
Existing network within the Chinese advertising / Web3 / crypto ecosystem
Experience with Telegram, traffic platforms, or performance marketing
Experience attending or organizing industry events in the APAC region
Flexible compensation package — negotiable based on your experience (Base salary: $2300 during probation, $2500 after probation)
