The Role at Quant
The Head Americas Financial Services & Corporate Finance Sales is a senior commercial leader responsible for driving end‑to‑end revenue across Tier 1 banks, capital markets firms, FMIs, and large corporates, through both direct enterprise sales and indirect partner‑led channels. This is a pure closing role: success is measured entirely by signed commercial contracts across all buyer types and all sales motions.
Operating from a location within commuting distance to New York with travel across the United States and Canada, the role owns the regional commercial engine, managing complex procurement cycles, multi‑stakeholder engagement, and high‑value negotiations. The remit spans:
The domain baseline is wholesale payments, settlement infrastructure, treasury operations, and cross‑border money movement. The leader must hold confident peer‑level conversations with Heads of Treasury, Payments, Post‑Trade, CFO teams, and compliance/legal functions without preparation.
