— Bachelor’s degree from a relevant department
— Experience in compliance, operations, risk or regulatory compliance fields
— Knowledge of MASAK, SPK, KVKK, AML and KYC processes
— Having a MASAK Compliance Certificate is a plus
— Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
— Careful, detail-oriented and disciplined working approach
— Strong reporting and documentation skills
— Proficient in MS Office applications
— B2 level English proficiency
— Ensure that the company operates in compliance with applicable legal regulations and monitor related processes
— Conduct KYC (Know Your Customer) processes and perform document checks
— Support AML (Anti-Money Laundering) processes
— Review and analyze suspicious transactions (SAR) and prepare the necessary reports
— Prepare risk analyses and assess compliance risks
— Support internal audit and regulatory processes
— Monitor compliance processes related to MASAK, SPK, KVKK and other relevant regulations
— Ensure the implementation of company policies and procedures
— Carry out the necessary documentation, reporting and record-keeping processes
— Manage KEP (Registered Electronic Mail) and UETS (National Electronic Notification System) processes and follow up on official notifications
— Follow up on electronic correspondence processes with official institutions
— Ensure the operational follow-up of legal notification and official correspondence deadlines
