We are looking for a Manager – Graphic Design (4+ years of experience) who can own visual lifecycle systems at scale. Someone who understands that in fintech, clarity, hierarchy, and trust are growth levers.This isn’t just a visual execution role. It’s a design systems and performance role, responsible for designing and ensuring lifecycle communication drives action, confidence, and retention as customer journeys grow in complexity.
You will work closely with Growth, Product, Brand, and Analytics leaders to ensure lifecycle design is intentional, scalable, and measurably effective.
You’ll Excel in This Role If You
* Design variety of collaterals like Key visuals, Logos, Emailers, Performance creatives, Campaigns, Banners etc. for channels you’ll be driving growth on: Performance, email, push notifications & in-app journeys * Define and scale CLM design frameworks across onboarding, activation, engagement, and retention * Ensure visual consistency, accessibility, and clarity across lifecycle channels2. Drive performance through design
* Own design impact on engagement, CTR, and downstream conversion * Translate growth OKRs into clear visual strategies for high-intent moments * Integrate brand personality with best practices in high performing design3. Enable experimentation at scale
* Build modular, test-ready design systems that enable rapid A/B testing * Improve learning velocity through clean, comparable visual variants4. Fluent with softwares and AI Tool Stack (non negotiable) -
* Figma, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Gemini Pro, Adobe firefly, ChatGPT pro etc. * Good to have engaged with CLM tools (not compulsory ) - Clevertap, Hubspot, Moengage, etc5. Set the craft and quality bar
* Be the final gatekeeper for lifecycle visual quality * Balance speed and scale without compromising clarity or brand trust6. Influence cross-functionally
* Partner deeply with Performance marketing, CLM teams, Product Managers, and Brand teams * Advocate for user clarity and trust in high-stakes financial journeys
* Design-Led Performance Lift: You consistently drive higher CTRs and open rates through visual hierarchy, "scannability," and high-intent CTAs that outperform previous baselines. * Systemic Velocity: You’ve built a modular design system that allows the Growth team to deploy experiments without sacrificing brand quality. * Conversion via Clarity: You can point to specific visual interventions like a redesigned onboarding flow or a simplified transaction email that directly reduced user drop-off and improved activation rates. * Fatigue Mitigation: You’ve implemented a visual variety framework that keeps "always-on" campaigns feeling fresh, effectively lowering creative fatigue and opt-out rates. * A/B Testing Mastery: Your design experiments yield clear, actionable data; you don’t just "test colors," you test visual metaphors and information architectures to see what drives financial action. * Trust & Brand Consistency: Despite high-velocity output, 100% of lifecycle touchpoints feel cohesive, secure, and premium, reinforcing CoinDCX as a trusted financial partner.
