This isn’t a typical Secretarial role.
You will be at the core of ensuring compliance discipline and governance across India and multiple global jurisdictions.
This role exists to build execution rigor, documentation reliability, and compliance predictability across the CoinDCX Group.
You will work across entities, regulators, and consultants to ensure filings, records, and governance processes run with precision and zero surprises.
● Execute end-to-end statutory and event-based compliances under Companies Act, 2013, including MCA filings
● Support RBI/FEMA and dematerialisation-related compliance documentation and coordination
● Maintain and update statutory registers and ensure real-time accuracy post trigger events
● Prepare board/committee/shareholder documentation including agendas, minutes, and resolutions
● Manage corporate KYC documentation, certified copies, and internal stakeholder requests
● Maintain structured repositories and compliance trackers for India and overseas entities
● Coordinate with global consultants to track filings, deliverables, and regulatory timelines
You’ll Excel in This Role If You
● Are highly execution-driven with strong follow-up discipline
● Bring structure and accuracy to compliance tracking and documentation
● Have strong working knowledge of Companies Act, 2013 and MCA processes
● Manage multiple entities, deadlines, and stakeholders with ease
● Communicate clearly and coordinate effectively across teams and consultants
● Maintain high attention to detail and confidentiality in all documentation
● Take ownership of timelines, escalation, and execution readiness
● All statutory and event-based compliances are completed within timelines with zero slippages
● Compliance tracker maintains ≥95–100% accuracy with no missed deadlines
● Repository is audit-ready with zero missing documents and 100% adherence to standards
● Internal document/KYC requests are closed within 24–48 hours without escalations
● Stakeholders experience high predictability with minimal rework and clear weekly updates
