About the Role
This isn’t a traditional Enterprise Account Management role.
You will work at the forefront of institutional crypto adoption in India,
partnering with enterprises, trading firms, treasury teams, and institutional
participants entering the digital asset ecosystem.
As an Enterprise Account Manager, you will help institutions navigate crypto
markets with confidence by delivering high-trust relationship management,
institutional-grade solutioning, and seamless onboarding experiences. You will
work closely with clients to understand their trading, treasury, liquidity, and
compliance requirements while positioning CoinDCX as their preferred long-term
crypto infrastructure partner.
This role combines relationship management, institutional sales, market
intelligence, operational execution, and strategic solutioning in one of the
fastest-evolving financial sectors globally.
What You’ll Do
* Build and manage relationships with institutional and enterprise clients
actively participating in crypto trading, treasury management, or digital asset
investments
* Drive enterprise client acquisition by managing inbound and outbound
institutional leads, conducting consultations, and converting opportunities
into long-term partnerships
* Design and deliver institutional-grade solutioning by aligning client
requirements across liquidity, low-latency execution, INR-first infrastructure,
and compliance-driven workflows
* Own end-to-end onboarding journeys including KYC, due diligence, account
activation, operational coordination, and agreement closures
* Deepen product adoption and revenue contribution within assigned accounts
by cross-selling CoinDCX products and services
* Monitor trading volumes, account activity, and engagement trends while
proactively identifying and mitigating churn risks
* Educate enterprise clients on crypto markets, blockchain infrastructure,
trading products, regulatory developments, and platform capabilities
* Act as the voice of enterprise customers internally by partnering with
Product, Compliance, Operations, Research, and Marketing teams to improve
institutional offerings
* Prepare and present MIS reports, revenue updates, business reviews, and
performance insights across enterprise accounts
* Stay informed on market trends, competitor movements, institutional
adoption patterns, and emerging opportunities within the crypto ecosystem
You’ll Excel in This Role If You
* Have 3–5 years of experience in Institutional Relationship Management,
Enterprise Sales, Key Account Management, or Broking across equity, fintech, or
crypto ecosystems
* Possess strong understanding of financial markets, trading infrastructure,
investment products, and risk management principles
* Have exposure to institutional client servicing and understand how treasury
teams, trading desks, and professional investors operate
* Understand the fundamentals of API trading, low-latency execution
environments, and institutional trading workflows
* Are highly structured and capable of managing complex onboarding,
operational coordination, and enterprise stakeholder communication
* Communicate with clarity and confidence across senior stakeholders,
institutional clients, and cross-functional internal teams
* Demonstrate strong ownership, urgency, and execution excellence in
high-pressure environments
* Have strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business
performance, trading trends, and revenue metrics
* Understand KYC requirements, AML frameworks, compliance standards, and
regulated financial operations
* Are self-driven, commercially minded, and excited about shaping
institutional crypto adoption in India
* (Bonus) Bring prior exposure to crypto exchanges, broking platforms,
institutional trading, market infrastructure, or fintech ecosystems
