About the Role
This isn’t a typical Key Account Management role.
You will work directly with some of our most valuable and high-intent users,
helping them navigate one of the fastest-evolving financial ecosystems in the
world.
As a Senior Key Account Manager / Key Account Manager (VIP), you will act as
a trusted partner to high-value crypto investors and traders, driving long-term
relationships, product adoption, and customer success. You will help users
discover the full potential of the crypto asset class while shaping a
world-class VIP experience at scale.
This role sits at the intersection of relationship management, customer
success, financial markets, and product feedback. You will not only grow client
engagement and retention, but also influence how CoinDCX builds products and
experiences for its most important customers.
What You’ll Do
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with VIP customers through
proactive engagement across calls, messaging, and other communication channels
* Drive customer retention and trading growth by consistently monitoring user
activity, identifying volume drops, and taking corrective actions
* Deepen product penetration within assigned accounts by cross-selling and
educating users on CoinDCX’s suite of products and services
* Conduct detailed consultations to understand customer investment goals,
trading behaviour, and risk appetite to deliver tailored solutions
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences by providing timely support,
market updates, product education, and strategic guidance
* Act as the voice of the customer by collaborating with Product, Compliance,
Marketing, Research, and Operations teams to improve customer journeys and
platform experience
* Stay closely aligned with market developments, crypto trends, regulatory
updates, and competitor movements to provide relevant insights to users
* Contribute to process improvements, operational efficiency, and scalable
engagement frameworks for the VIP business
You’ll Excel in This Role If You
* Have 2–4 years of experience in Relationship Management, Wealth Management,
Key Account Management, or Customer Success within financial services
* Possess strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and
risk management principles; crypto knowledge is a strong plus
* Think customer-first and genuinely enjoy building trust-based, long-term
relationships
* Thrive in high-ownership environments and proactively solve problems before
they escalate
* Are highly structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple
high-value clients simultaneously
* Communicate with clarity, empathy, and confidence across different customer
personas
* Have strong analytical instincts and can use data to identify trends,
opportunities, and customer risks
* Understand KYC requirements, compliance processes, and AML frameworks
within regulated financial environments
* Are self-driven, ambitious, and energised by fast-paced, high-growth
industries
* (Bonus) Have prior exposure to crypto, fintech, trading platforms, PMS,
insurance, mutual funds, or wealth-tech ecosystems
