At CoinDCX, Growth is the core driver of business impact. Our Growth & Marketing team operates at the intersection of data, product, and customer behaviour to unlock scalable, high-impact growth levers.The Growth teams you will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Product, Analytics, Design, and Business to execute high-velocity campaigns across the entire user lifecycle - from acquisition to activation, retention, and reactivation. We move fast, run continuous experiments, and rely heavily on data to inform decisions and optimise outcomes.

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager - Campaigns to drive our always-on acquisition, engagement, retention, and reactivation campaigns across owned channels. As part of the Growth team, you will be responsible for executing and scaling high-impact lifecycle campaigns using advanced segmentation and CEP tools with clear ownership of volume, conversion, and ROI outcomes.
You will manage the end-to-end campaign lifecycle - from audience strategy and messaging frameworks to execution, experimentation, and performance optimisation. This role sits at the intersection ofcreative storytelling and data-driven decision-making, requiring strong analytical skills to identify growth opportunities and continuously improve campaign effectiveness. * 1-3 years of product marketing experience in a growing business * 1-3 years of core growth marketing experience - experiment-driven growth process at a high-growth company with a proven track record of driving high retention of the existing users * Excellent understanding of user segmentation and cohorts based on various surrogates, events and attributes * Excellent problem-solving, creative thinking, and analytical skills * Ability to drive insights into campaigns * Practical and Proven expertise on CEP and MMP tools like MoEngage, CleverTap, Plotline, etc * Knowledge of testing and optimisation * Experience driving campaigns in a fintech, e-commerce, gaming, and/or internet environment * Ability to succeed in a rapidly changing environment * Web3 ecosystem knowledge is preferred, but not required
* Be responsible for planning and execution of engagement and retention campaigns via various channels such as Push, In-App, Email, and Product Journeys etc * Build a continuously evolving segmentation framework using data and consumer insights * Identify the right levers in the journey of a user and devise campaigns to effectively drive segment progression * Responsible for driving gamified and incentive based programs/campaigns with a well defined social element attached to it while understanding the target group, positioning, offer/CTA * Supervise the execution, monitoring and measurement of marketing campaigns and their success, and also maintain regular measurement of the ROI of campaigns * Ensure that the organisation’s brand and identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels * Leading all the efforts required for go-to-market (GTM) plans for various products and services and working closely with the various internal stakeholders to ensure GTM plans can be effectively implemented and iterated * Partner with the Analytics team to dig deep into the data and provide actionable insights, identifying new opportunities * Using user & market research, user feedback, user usage and competitive analysis to identify new campaign opportunities and enhancements at a segment level
* High email open rates and CTRs across lifecycle and always-on campaigns * Strong push notification and in-app CTRs, with controlled fatigue and opt-out rates * Improvement in funnel conversion rates across key lifecycle stages (onboarding → activation → repeat usage) * Reduced drop-offs across the user journey, driven by targeted AM interventions * Healthy reactivation funnel performance (open → click → action) for dormant cohorts * Sustained engagement quality, measured via repeat actions post campaign exposure * Consistent uplift vs control cohorts, ensuring true incrementality from AM efforts
This role sits at the heart of driving user growth and engagement for CoinDCX. As an Assistant Manager-Campaigns, you will own and scale always-on and tactical campaigns across channels like push notifications, email, WhatsApp, and in-app messaging - impacting millions of users.You will play a key role in improving core growth metrics such as activation rates, trading frequency, retention, and revenue per user. Beyond execution, you’ll be expected to think strategically - identifying new campaign opportunities, optimising user journeys, and driving measurable business outcomes.
