As the Program Manager - Quality, you will be responsible for the strategic design, cross-functional execution, and continuous automation of the Quality Program at CoinDCX. This role moves beyond tactical monitoring to build scalable systems, leverage data-driven insights, and lead high-impact initiatives that bridge the gap between operational output and customer expectations.
You need to be a HODLer of these
* Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred). * Experience: 4+ years in process automation/improvement/quality management , with at least 3 years specifically inProgram Management or Strategic QA Leadership. * Proven track record of managing large-scale projects using Agile, Waterfall, or similar project management frameworks. * Deep expertise in data visualization and the ability to translate "unstructured data" (customer sentiment) into structured business requirements.
You will be mining through these tasks
* Design and scale the end-to-end Quality Management System (QMS) across multiple support channel * Define the "North Star" for support excellence, aligning quality performance with evolving business goal
* Analyze complex datasets to identify systemic friction points in the customer journey. * Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) sessions and execute Six Sigma or Lean-based projects to eliminate recurring service failures.
* Act as the primary liaison between Support, Product, and Engineering to advocate for product changes based on quality trends. * Influence stakeholders to adopt quality-first mentalities, ensuring that "quality" is integrated into the product lifecycle, not just treated as a post-interaction check.
* Evaluate, implement, and manage the Quality Assurance tech stack (e.g., Speech Analytics, Auto-QA tools, and CRM integrations). * Drive the adoption of AI-driven quality monitoring to increase audit coverage and accuracy.
* Develop executive-level dashboards that connect quality scores to bottom-line business impact Provide quarterly business reviews (QBRs) on the state of global support health.
