Guide the executive team and manage all legal strategy and operations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide strategic legal counsel on all corporate matters, with a special focus on compliance in AI and crypto domains
• Keep informed of relevant regulatory frameworks, developments, and risks affecting our industry
• Ensure legal compliance throughout product development
• Negotiate deals and contracts
• Manage and coordinate with outside counsel

Qualifications:

• JD from an accredited law school
• Member of a US state bar
• 8+ years of legal experience in crypto/blockchain and technology sectors
• Deep knowledge and interest in the AI industry
• Entrepreneurial experience or interest
• Adaptability in a rapidly evolving legal environment
• Ability to accurately assess risk
