About the Role:
We are looking for a User Growth Product Manager to join BIT (formerly Matrixport). You will be responsible for driving user acquisition, activation, retention, and reactivation. Through data, experimentation, and product-led growth strategies, you will scale our user base and improve core funnel metrics.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the product growth strategy and roadmap, managing and optimizing the full user lifecycle (acquisition, activation, retention, reactivation)
- Optimize the complete user funnel: from registration, KYC, first deposit, first trade, to ongoing trading and retention
- Continuously improve user experience and product conversion; collaborate with relevant teams to drive user growth and conversion
- Identify growth levers through data analysis, user research, and user behavior insights; optimize user lifecycle communications, product, and operational strategies
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor growth strategies in Crypto, Fintech, and trading platforms
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Product Manager focused on user growth; Fintech, Crypto, brokerage, trading platform, or top-tier internet company backgrounds preferred
- 5+ years of product experience (Web/App), including 2+ years as a Product Manager in user growth / user experience; familiar with UI/UX design principles, user research methodologies, and product design processes; deep understanding of user behavior and experience
- Strong data analysis skills with the ability to turn data into actionable product decisions; accountable for growth or conversion funnels; familiar with key growth metrics, growth frameworks, and UX optimization processes; proficient with GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or similar tools; experience with A/B testing and growth experiments preferred
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, able to work effectively with marketing, data, product, and engineering teams
- Ability to quickly learn and stay current with industry trends and domain knowledge; proficient in using AI tools to achieve goals efficiently
- Fluent in both Chinese and English
Preferred:
- Experience in user products within Crypto, digital assets, brokerage, or trading platforms
- Experience in full user lifecycle marketing integration
- Experience with SEO/ASO optimization product-related roles
