Job Responsibilities:
- Develop the overall channel growth strategy for BIT's US stock retail business, defining the channel matrix, tiering standards, and resource allocation
- Build replicable channel development SOPs, negotiation templates, and profit-sharing & performance evaluation mechanisms
- Lead the 0-to-1 establishment of various channel types including mid-to-top tier KOLs, MCNs, broker traffic sharing, communities, vertical media, and overseas Chinese communities
- Drive collaboration between channels and product, operations, and compliance teams to enable the full funnel from exposure to account opening and funding
- Build a lean channel BD team from scratch or upgrade an existing team, transforming personal channel development experience into replicable, quantifiable standardized growth SOPs
- Recruit, train, and manage channel BD team members, establishing a talent pipeline
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above with 5+ years of experience in channel growth within online brokerages or fintech
- Work experience in the channel team of a leading online brokerage such as Futu, Tiger, or Longbridge, having served as a team lead or core member
- Proven experience managing channel operations during a period of high business growth, with the ability to clearly articulate channel structure, growth levers, and lessons learned
- Has led a channel BD team of 5+ people with a clear methodology for identifying and developing talent
- Familiar with US stock retail user profiles, customer acquisition paths, and regulatory boundaries
- Highly goal-oriented and data-driven, able to quickly identify traffic pools with potential for US stock account openings
- Strong business development and execution capabilities
