We are looking for a highly motivated, strategic, and experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead go-to-market strategy and execution for Circle’s payments products. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Product, Business Development, Marketing teams, and other cross-functional roles to bring new global payment products and solutions to market by focusing on the intersection of traditional finance and onchain programmable payments - powered by stablecoins. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, is comfortable operating independently, has a strong grasp of financial services, specifically payments, a talent for turning complex concepts into clear narratives, and a bias toward both strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities include: Collaborating cross-functionally with product managers, marketers, and customer-facing teams to develop, position, and launch products globally; Driving go-to-market excellence, including market validation, messaging, positioning, and launch execution to maximize adoption and impact; Crafting compelling narratives and packaging to drive customer engagement, differentiation, and long-term growth; Leading competitive intelligence efforts, providing in-depth analysis and strategic positioning to ensure Circle’s payments products stay ahead of the competition; Developing data-driven insights that inform and refine product and marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals; Steering high-impact strategic initiatives, driving cross-functional projects that shape the company’s direction and market influence.
Qualifications: 8+ years in B2B Product Marketing or equivalent role owning product GTM strategy and execution, 4+ years of experience across fintech, payments, or financial services with demonstrated ability to quickly ramp up in new industries and apply insight to product and go-to-market strategies, Solid grasp of blockchain fundamentals including stablecoins, payments infrastructure, or crypto rails, Growth mindset & agility, Customer-centric technical storyteller, Proactive team player, Cross-functional Collaboration, Strategic Thinking
